Decorating Parties

When can I book a party?

Parties are subject to our calendar availability. We require at least two weeks notice of your party. The balance should be paid no less than 7 days before (you will receive a due date on your invoice). Our party schedule is any day of the week, between 10am and 6pm.
 

What are the guest requirements?

We recommend for any guests under 4 years old that they have a parent for some extra help!
Our standard party includes 8 guests. If you will have less than 8 guests, we simply allocate the extra cupcakes and materials to the guests who are present (or a parent can always join in). If you require more than 12 guests, we will need to bring in an assistant.
 

Where are the parties?

You host the party and we bring the cupcakes and equipment! All you need to provide is a table and chairs to decorate at. At this time we are unable to provide a party space for hire.
 

Placing a booking

To place your booking or make an enquiry, please let us know on our contact form which package you are interested in, how many guests you are having and the date you have in mind! We will respond within 48 hours to your enquiry.
 

Please note that for distances over 15km from Klemzig (5087), a travel charge may apply.
