Dessert Buffets

Make a lasting impression by having a dessert buffet at your next event! Enjoy a range of desserts to suit all your guests needs, themed, presented and set up by Cupcake Treats. Our desserts are sized so your guests can enjoy a range of their favourite desserts in a few bites.

To book a dessert buffet with us, we need at least four weeks notice of any dessert buffet bookings (subject to date availability) and the full balance must be paid no less than seven days before the event (fourteen for bookings over $500). There is a non-refundable deposit of 25% for all buffets which is paid immediately on confirmation of booking as we start planning and design immediately after your date is confirmed. For guest numbers over 50, we prefer to have an in-person consultation to better understand your vision for the event. Delivery charges apply to all bookings ($0.50/km).

If you are hiring a room or venue where your dessert buffet will be located, please check with your venue coordinator for anything we should know about for our setup. We aim for complete setup 1-1.5 hours before the start of your event.

For bookings larger than the package examples outlined in the PDF (100 people or more), you should contact us to set up a custom package consultation. In these cases, one of our uniformed staff can be supplied with the dessert buffet during your event for $25 per hour for restocking and arrangement.
