Location
Cupcake Treats is currently located in Klemzig, Adelaide, just off North East Road. We do not have a shopfront at this time – We bake fresh to order from our private studio and are only open for pickups by appointment.
Ordering Times
We are often booked in advance and may be unable to take your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if your preferred date is free. We recommend at least 5-7 days notice for your order to avoid disappointment.
Delivery
Delivery is charged at 50 cents per km. Pickup is available on request from our studio in Klemzig.
Pickup
We offer pickup as an option, however the pickup window that you arrange with us (30 minutes) must be strictly adhered to as we often schedule other appointments and customer deliveries around your collection time. If you cannot make your pickup time please call the Cupcake Treats line on (08) 7200 3800 ASAP. We are otherwise more than happy to deliver.
Payment Methods
When your invoice is emailed to you, it includes bank deposit details or you can be taken straight to PayPal to use your credit/debit card for a secure payment. We accept VISA and MasterCard through PayPal.
Stand Hire Terms and Conditions
When hiring a stand or equipment from Cupcake Treats, it is delivered along with your order. Return of the stand to us at Klemzig is the customers responsibility. Contact should be made with us by email regarding return arrangements within 48 hours of the event. You must provide your address and telephone number when hiring our stands. If you do not return the stand within 7 days without prior arrangement, you will be invoiced for the full cost price of the stand. If there is any damage to the stand while out on hire, you will be charged to replace damaged parts.
Quantity Discounts
At this time, quantity discounts only apply to orders of 200 cupcakes or more.
Storage
During cooler months you can store your cupcakes for a recommended 2-3 day maximum. Do not refrigerate cupcakes or cakes that contain a fondant covering or decorations. In Summer, you can refrigerate if absolutely necessary, but let them return to room temperature before serving. Cupcakes or cakes that contain coloured fondant decorations may run and soften when removed from the fridge.
Nutritional Requirements
You can advise us when ordering of any nutritional requirements. Please note they must be ordered in one dozen lots – we are unable to supply individual cupcake custom requests.

Refund Policy
We offer refunds in line with ACCC requirements for physical merchandise and will offer a full refund, credit, or exchange if the item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for a purpose we have specified it is suitable for. We offer no refunds for change of mind or for food products once orders are confirmed as we allocate ingredients and labour prior to the delivery date.
